Dashboard stuck, locked, or won’t load?

Most problems clear in under two minutes. Work through the steps in order and stop as soon as it works.

Your work is safeEverything is stored on the server, not on the device. Nothing on this page deletes your data. These steps only refresh the app.

  1. Sign out of the secure login, then back in Fixes most cases

If the dashboard has internet but will not save, sync, or load, the secure sign-in has usually gone stale. Sign out of it fully and sign back in:

Sign out of the secure login

You will be asked to sign in again — that is normal, and it is what fixes it. After signing in, the dashboard reconnects.

Note: clearing the normal model website data does not fix this — the sign-in is stored separately, under Cloudflare. This button clears it for you.

  2. Open the reset page

For a screen that is stuck, locked, or showing an old version, open your browser and go to:

    dashboard.model.mu/reset

Tap the big Reset and reload button and wait a few seconds. It works even on a “locked” or “offline too long” screen, and does not touch your data.

  3. Still stuck? Clear the saved data by hand

This is the manual version of Step 1. Searching for “model” alone usually shows nothing — the sign-in lives under the cloudflareaccess.com entry, so remove that one. Pick your device:

    Mac (Safari)
    1. In the top menu bar click Safari → Settings (or press ,).
    2. Open the Privacy tab, then click Manage Website Data…
    3. Type cloudflare in the search box.
    4. Select cloudflareaccess.com (the one that lists “Cookies”) and click Remove. Removing cloudflare.com too is fine.
    5. Also search model and remove model.mu if it appears. Click Done.
    6. Reload dashboard.model.mu and sign in.
    iPhone or iPad (Safari)
    1. The Sign out of the secure login button in Step 1 is the easiest fix on iPhone or iPad — try that first.
    2. If you prefer to clear it by hand: open the Settings app.
    3. Go to Apps → Safari → Advanced → Website Data (older iOS: Safari → Advanced → Website Data).
    4. Search cloudflare, swipe left on cloudflareaccess.com and tap Delete. Remove model.mu too if it shows.
    5. Reopen the dashboard and sign in.
Windows or Mac (Chrome / Edge)
    1. The Sign out of the secure login button in Step 1 is the simplest fix here — use that first.
    2. If it is still stuck, force a fresh load: hold Shift and press Ctrl R (Windows) or Shift R (Mac).
    3. Still stuck: open the menu → Delete browsing data → set the range to Last hour, tick Cookies and other site data, and confirm. (This signs you out of other sites too — that is fine.)
    4. Reload dashboard.model.mu and sign in.
    Android (Chrome)
    1. Use the Sign out of the secure login button in Step 1 first — it is the simplest fix.
    2. If needed: menu → Delete browsing data → range Last hour → tick Cookies and site data → Delete.
    3. Reopen the dashboard and sign in.
  4. For an admin or IT helper

The most thorough reset, on a computer:

    1. Right-click the page and choose Inspect.
    2. Open the Application tab, then Service Workers in the left list.
    3. If a row says “waiting to activate”, click skipWaiting, then click Unregister.
    4. Close the tools and reload the page.

If the problem is “connected but won’t sync”, the cause is almost always the stale Cloudflare Access session (Step 1), not the app cache — clear cloudflareaccess.com under the browser’s website data.

On the dashboard.model.mu/reset page, Rebuild from server deletes the local copy and downloads a complete fresh one (needs internet; nothing is lost).

Still not working?Message your MODEL administrator and say three things: which device, which browser, and exactly what the screen says. A photo of the screen helps a lot.
